6. Executive Director

1) To work as the administrative head of the committee, one executive director on the recommendation of the committee from among the people who have at least a master's degree, who have made special contributions and experience in international law, diplomacy, economic diplomacy, Nepal's foreign policy and affairs. Will appoint.
(2) The term of office of the Executive Director shall be a maximum of two years and he may be reappointed for one term on the recommendation of the Committee.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), if the work of the Executive Director is not satisfactory, the Government of Nepal may remove him from the position of Executive Director before the completion of his term of office. However, he will not be deprived of a reasonable opportunity to submit an explanation before being removed from office.
(4) The executive director's remuneration, service conditions and benefits shall be as prescribed.
